We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative who genuinely enjoys helping people. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions in our CRM
  • Collaborate with other departments to follow through on customer needs

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience
  • Patient, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with basic computer software and CRMs
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
