We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative who genuinely enjoys helping people. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in our CRM
- Collaborate with other departments to follow through on customer needs
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience
- Patient, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with basic computer software and CRMs
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
