Sales Associate

We’re seeking an energetic Sales Associate to help drive revenue and build lasting customer relationships. If you’re a natural communicator who loves meeting people and closing deals, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers in person, by phone, and via email
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and deals in our CRM
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales or retail experience
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus
